摘　　要：目的:探讨降糖药物的不良反应的临床特点,促进临床合理应用该类药物。方法:检索2001～2009年中国期刊全文数据库报道的181例降糖药物的不良反应,进行统计、分析。结果:降糖药的不良反应表现很多,机制复杂。最常见的是低血糖,其次是胃肠道反应。结论:临床应重视降糖药的不良反应,针对不同病人合理用药。Objective： To discuss the clinical characteristics of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by hypoglycemic agents so as to improve the rational drug use. nethod：181 ADR cases induced by hypoglycemic agents reported in domestic journals between 2001 and 2009 were retrieved from the Chinese Journal Full-text Database （CJFD） and analyzed statistically. Result： The ADRs induced by hypoglycemic agents were chiefly manifested as hypoglycemia and next as gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion：Great attention should be paid to the ADRs caused by hypoglycemic agents to ensure its rational use for different patients.
