摘  要:纳米TiO2耐蚀性能优良,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺、浸渍-提拉法在铝合金表面涂覆纳米TiO2复合涂层,并将涂层在不同温度下热处理,研究了热处理温度对纳米TiO2复合涂层耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:100℃热处理的复合涂层的耐蚀性最佳,在3.5% NaCl溶液中腐蚀电流密度比铝合金基体降低了4个数量级,在基体表面形成了均匀的保护膜,对基体形成了良好的防护。Nano-TiO2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of Al alloy using sol-gel route plus pulling method.Resultant nano-TiO2 composite coating was heat treated at various temperatures,and the effect of heat treatment temperature on the corrosion resistance of the coating was investigated.Results show that the composite coating heat treated at 100 ℃ has the best corrosion resistance,and its corrosion current density in 3.5%NaCl solution is decreased by four orders of magnitude as compared with that of Al alloy substrate.A uniform protective layer was formed on the surface of Al alloy substrate,which was able to protect the substate well.
