摘 要:为了评价飞机蒙皮防护涂层对海洋大气环境的适应性,选择飞机蒙皮常用的2种底漆和1种面漆,按照3种方式喷涂在铝合金表面,研究了3种试样涂层在实验室模拟环境中的耐盐水、耐碱、耐湿热、耐温度冲击性能,以及在海洋大气环境中的适应性。结果表明:2种底漆涂层的失效模式有较大差异,底漆B涂层对太阳辐射极其敏感,失效模式为老化失效,底漆A涂层除老化失效外,还对水分和污染介质敏感,表现为附着力大幅下降;底漆A+面漆的涂层对基体的防护性能较好,表现出良好的环境适应性。Two kinds of priming paint and one kind of finish paint commonly used in plane skin were sprayed on the surface of Al alloy in three different manners.The resistance of resultant coating to saline water,alkali,damp and hot environment and temperature shock as well as adaptability to marine atmospheric environment was investigated under simulated test conditions.It was found that the two kinds of priming paint failed in quite different manners.Namely,priming paint B was extremely sensitive to solar radiation and failed owing to aging.Aside from failure induced by aging,priming paint A was sensitive to moisture and pollution medium which resulted in significant decrease of adhesion of the paint to substrate.The coating consisting of priming paint A and finish paint had good protection for the Al alloy substrate and possessed good adaptability to environment as well.
