禽喘安对鸡霉形体与大肠杆菌合并感染的药效学研究

摘　　要：研究了中药散剂禽喘安对鸡霉形体与大肠杆菌合并感染的药效学。结果表明，禽喘安按０．７５％，０．５０％拌料连续５天，对鸡霉形体与大肠杆菌合并感染具有显著疗效，治愈率分别为９２．５０％，９０％；试验结束时，试验鸡只的抗体反应阳性率分别为２５％，５０％，气囊平均损伤记分分别为０．３３％，１．３３％。Pharmacodynamics of chinese medicine Qinchuanan powder against chicks artificially infected with mycoplasma gallisepticum and Escherichia Coli was studied.The results revealed that Qinchanan exhibited high efficacy in the control of experimentally induced MG and E.Coli infection in chicks.The cure rates of two dose Qinchuanan against diseased chicks infected with MG and E.Coli were 92.5%,90% respectively following a 5 succesive days treatment added to feeds at 0.75%,0.50%.At the end of experiment observation,were positive rate of antibody response in surving birds 25%,50% and mean air-sac lesions score 0.331.33 respectively.
