摘  要:原设计的挤压膨化试验台,其挤压膨化机主电机调速系统与喂料调速电机控制系统各自独立,需手控协调。本文以膨化机主电机线电流的变化为信号,经取样,隔离、传输、转换成直流电压信号,并将其叠加到喂料电磁调速电机的控制器上,建立起一个附加的开环自控装置,它与原喂料电磁调速电机控制器闭环系统共同作用下,使喂料量随膨化机主电机线电流的增减而反向变化。Speed adjusting system of main motor in extruder and that of feeder motor were not dependent each other in original extruder.They were controlled by hands.The change of wire electric current of main motor is as a signal.It was sampled,isolated,thansmitted and turned into directional current electric voltage which was as a signal.It was added to the controller of feeder motor.The supplementary loop-opende auto-controller was set up.The combination action of above loop-opende auto-controller and loop-locked controller of feeder motor makes the increase or the decrease or feed rate along with the decrease of the increase of wire electric current of main morot.This change was maintained dynamic equilibrium within the range of certain motor speeds.
