摘　　要：为了解河南省鸡大肠埃希菌病流行情况,摸清其流行规律,对2008年-2009年河南省12个地区鸡大肠埃希菌病,应用现场观察、询问调查、问卷调查及生物学统计等方法进行调查。发现这些地区鸡场普遍存在大肠埃希菌病,发病率和病死率分别为32.32%、14.73%,以肉鸡和雏鸡发病最为严重,6月份至8月份和12月份至次年2月份多发,中小型规模鸡场发病频率较高,己成为危害鸡群的主要细菌病之一,应引起足够重视。In order to learn the epidemic status of chicken colibacillosis in Henan province,and to find out its epidemic rule,the methods of spot inspection,inquiry survey,questionnaire survey and biological statistics were used to investigae the chicken colibacillosis in the 12 areas in Henan province during 2008-2009 years.The results showed that chicken coli bacillosis is universal in these local chicken farms,the incidence and the mortality were 32.32% and 14.73%,respectively.The broilers and chicks had the highest morbidity.This disease was more common from June to August,and from December to next February,with higher morbidity in medium-and small-scale chicken farms,which was one of the main bacterioses that harm chickens,and the attention should be taken seriously.
