摘 要:将优质两系恢复系扬稻6号与去选择标记的转Bt基因恢复系明恢63杂交,并与扬稻6号回交后再自交,育成具有抗虫性的水稻恢复系扬稻6号,再用扬稻6号与广占63S杂交,采用PCR分析、试纸条检测、田间自然诱发鉴定,结合系谱选择农艺性状和育性鉴定,育成了具有转基因抗虫性的水稻光温敏核不育系T16S。该不育系对稻纵卷叶螟和三化螟均表现为高抗,与两个恢复系配制的杂交组合也保持良好的抗性;该不育系属于无花粉类型,不育期间花粉败育彻底,在14.5h长日下,育性转换临界温度低于23.5℃。T16S, a new photoperiod-temperature sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line with Bt gene,was developed from cross and backcross of the elite male sterile line Guangzhan 63S and restorer line Yangdao 6 with Bt gene, which was evaluated by using cross and backcross of the restorer line Yangdao 6 and Minghui 63(Bt). The inbred lines with Bt gene were evaluated by using PCR amplification, test paper evaluation, pedigree selection of agronomic traits, insect resistance and sterility evaluation in paddy fields. T16S and two F1 hybrids derived from T16S were highly resistant against the Scirpophaga incertulas(SSB) and leaf roller Cnaphalocrocis medinalis. Its male sterility belonged to pollen-free type with 100% of sterility in its male sterile period. Its critical temperature (CT) for male sterility was below 23.5℃ under the conditions of 14.5 hours of day length.
