摘 要:为解决笋用绿竹[Dendrocalamopsis oldhami(Munro)Kengf.]设施栽培中高度控制问题,应用多效唑、比久、矮壮素3种植物生长调节剂对绿竹笋进行了注射处理,研究不同药剂、浓度配比和施药时间对绿竹高生长控制的效果及分枝的影响。结果表明,3种药剂均能不同程度地抑制绿竹高生长和促进分枝。其中多效唑矮化效果较好、分枝率高,且浓度越大矮化效果越明显;多效唑各浓度处理后,绿竹全竹高与对照比较均达到了极显著的差异(P<0.01),全竹高的处理排序分别为1.2g/L<0.8g/L<0.5g/L<0.3g/L,其高度分别为146.80、202.40、220.50和221.46cm,最大矮化率达60.32%;比久2.5g/L处理和矮壮素的1.5、2.0g/L处理后,竹子高度与对照比较达到了显著差异(P<0.05),平均全竹高分别为250.80、240.75和243.00cm。通过3个不同施药时期的矮化效果对比,绿竹竹笋高度为50cm时为施用药剂的最佳时间。综合生产需要,0.8g/L多效唑处理后绿竹的高度最符合设施栽培的要求。To solve the problem of height restrictions under facility cultivation of shoot-producing Dendrocalamopsis oldhami (Munro) Keng f., injection of the plant growth regulators of multi-effect triazole (MET), daminozide (B9), cycocel (CCC) into the shoots of D. oldhami were conducted to study the control effects on height growth and influences on branching under different medicaments, matching of different concentrations and different injection periods. Results showed that the three medicaments were able to inhibit height growing and promote branching in different degrees. MET had high branching frequency and better dwarfing effects which got more evident when the concentrations got higher. Bamboo heights showed that there were highly significant differences (P0.01) between the control and bamboos under different concentrations of MET. The height of bamboo under the concentrations of 1.2 g/L, 0.8 g/L, 0.5 g/L and 0.3 g/L were 146.80 cm, 202.40 cm, 220.50 cm and 221.46 cm respectively in order of increasing. The maximum dwarfing frequency was 60.32%. Under the concentration of 2.5 g/L of B9 and the concentration of 1.5 g/L, 2.0 g/L of CCC, the average height of bamboos was 250.80 cm, 240.75 cm and 243.00 cm respectively which had significant difference(P〈0.05) with the control. Through the contrast of dwarfing effect among three different injection periods, the optimum period for injection was when the shoot′s height got 50 cm. The height of D. oldhami dwarfed by 0.8 g/L of MET was the best-matched height for facility cultivation in demand of production.
