摘　　要：以湖北白猪为试验材料,导入梅山猪、通城猪、长白猪等中外优良品种血液,采用分子育种与常规育种相结合的技术路线,运用群体继代选育法,培育湖北白猪优质系。经六年五个世代的杂交选育,初产母猪产仔数11.78头/窝,产活仔数10.57头/窝,经产母猪产仔数12.49头/窝,产活仔数11.87头/窝,肥育期日增重585.20g/d,料肉比3.48∶1,瘦肉率57.81%,肌内脂肪含量3.08%,表现出繁殖力高、肉质优良、瘦肉率适中、耐粗饲等特点,特别适合于中小型规模猪场和广大农村专业户饲养。Under the Hubei White pig breeds and crossing Meishan, Tongcheng and Landrace Pigs, the Hubei White High Grade Line was bred by combining biological and conventional breeding method and using generation succeeding selection way. And now its breeding had processed six years and five generations. The average number of born and the number of born alive for primiparity sow was 11.78 and 10.57, respectively. And for pluriparity sow, the average number of born and the number of born alive was 12.49 and 11.87, respectively. The average daily gain during the finishing stage was 585.20 g/d. The feed conversion ratio was 3.48∶1, and the lean meat percentage and intro-muscle fat was 57.81% and 3.08%, respectively. With the characteristic of high fertility, fine meat quality and enduring coarse fed ability, the Hubei White High Grade Line was especially fit to feed for the small medium pig farm and the rural cultivate.
