摘　　要：湖北地区某鸭场20日龄樱桃谷鸭发生疑似鸭疫里默氏杆菌病,临床表现为缩脖、腿发软,部分病鸭表现为仰卧、双腿划动呈游泳状,临死前出现典型的神经症状。剖检病变呈典型的心包炎、肝周炎和气囊炎。用含5%小牛血清的TSA平板从病鸭中分离到8株细菌,经过染色、PCR及测序分析、玻片凝集和动物回归试验,综合分析鉴定为1型鸭疫里默氏杆菌。20-day-old cherry valley ducks in a farm of Hubei province, clinically suspected infection by Riemerella anatipestifer, showed typical signs of paralysis of neck and leg weakness, and some ducks lying on the ground with swimming movements of legs, and dying ducks with neurogenic symptoms. Typical lesions of fibrinous perihepatitis, airsacculitis and fibrinous pericarditis were observed from diseased ducks. 8 strains were isolated with TSA plate containing 5% bovine serum and identified as serotype 1 Riemerella anatipestifer by Gram stain,PCR and sequencing, slide agglutination test, and animal experiment.
