摘 要:通过对几年来选育实践中经验教训的归纳总结和借鉴前人的研究成果,结合当地资源状况,对水稻两用不育系在鄂北中稻产区的选育方法、实用光温敏核不育系的选育利用前景等问题进行了探讨。提出了利用鄂北中稻产区当地的资源条件,选育育性转换临界温度低的实用型不育系的观点;并充分利用鄂北9月份光温敏核不育系可育期最佳时段和10月份的保温栽培,1年完成筛选1次、加代两次的新方法,大大缩短了不育系的育成年限。Based on research results of our lab and other teams in recent years and local natural conditions, breeding methods of two-line hybrid rice and the utilization prospect of photoperiodand thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines were reviewed in this paper.Views on utilizing the temperature and light resources in northern Hubei province to develop male sterile line with low critical temperature of fertility conversion were discussed. Breeding period could be shortened with a new method of once selection and twice generation-adding technique by using the best fertile period of photoperiodand thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line in September and October of every year in northern Hubei province.
