我国农业上市公司现金持有量影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：以我国农业类上市公司为样本,采用多变量线性回归法,对现金持有量的影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明,现金流量与现金持有量呈显著正相关,应付股利和银行债务与现金持有量呈显著负相关,资产负债率、企业规模和债务期限结构对现金持有量的影响不显著。Cash holdings relate to the survival and development of enterprises. The firm＇s cash holdings are determined by many factors. This article used a sample of China＇s agricultural listed companies, took multivariate linear regression, and carried out an empirical analysis on factors of cash holdings. As it turns out, cash flow is significantly positive correlated with cash holdings. Dividends payable and bank debt are significantly negative correlated with cash holding. The effects of asset-liability ratio, firm size and debt maturity structure to the cash holdings are not significant.
