摘  要:针对全球性低轨卫星星座系统成本高、技术难度大、实现周期长等问题,提出了适用于我国低轨卫星星座的分步实施方案。在分析星座设计主要问题的基础上,利用24颗卫星设计了能够实现对中低纬度连续覆盖的低轨卫星星座,以此低轨星座构型为基础,结合我国当前实际,在假定任务背景下,研究了第一阶段4颗卫星的优化部署方案,并利用STK对不同设计方案的覆盖性能进行了仿真和对比分析,验证了连续覆盖型星座的优势,为我国低轨卫星通信系统的组建提供了参考。The programming scheme of low earth orbit(LEO) constellation suitable for China is brought forward in allusion to the shortcomings of global constellation such as high cost, great technical difficulties and long period of realization. A low earth orbit constellation which is able to cover middle and low latitudes continuously is designed with 24 satellites after analysis of basic questions in constellation design. The optimized scheme of 4 satellites in the first step is studied with assumed backgrounds on the base of the constellation structure already designed. The coverage identity of the constellation is simulated and analysed by STK,which validates the advantages of continuously coverage constellation and provides some references for building China's LEO satellite constellation.
