摘 要:选择了4组06Ni9钢典型的拉伸应力-应变曲线,分析了曲线类型与其强韧性之间的关系。研究表明:如果成分一定,拉伸曲线上有明显的屈服点和屈服平台,那么其强韧性配合良好,能够满足性能指标要求。同时认为,屈服强度取决于回火后偏聚于刃型位错周围的碳原子浓度,而低温冲击韧度则取决于回转奥氏体及其中所含合金元素的数量和浓度。Four group stress-strain curves with various characteristics were selected to analyze relationship between the curve characteristic and the combination of strength and impact toughness.The results show that,for a given 06Ni9 steel,an excellent combination of strength and impact toughness will obtain if there is an obvious yield phenomenon,i.e.,yield point and yield elongation in the stress-strain curve,which means that the specimen can meet the need of mechanical properties.At the same time,it points out that the yield strength of 06Ni9 steel is determined from carbon atom concentration segregated in the vicinity of edge dislocations in the ferrite after tempering,while the impact toughness depends on the quantities of retained austenite and the concentration of alloying elements dissolved in the retained austenite.
