摘  要:目的对麻杏石甘汤全方多糖进行提取分离与定性定量测定。方法采取水提醇沉淀法提取多糖,蒽酮硫酸法测定其含量。结果提取分离一剂用量42 g麻杏石甘汤中的多糖部位,得到5.38 g,提取得率为12.81%;多糖含量为2.04%。本提取测定方法精密度RSD为0.20%,稳定性RSD为0.36%,平均回收率98.51%、回收率RSD为1.02%。结论该测定方法可靠,为麻杏石甘汤质量的评价提供了一定的依据。Objective To separate the polysaccharide in an amount of 42g Maxingshigan decoction,and then measure its quality and quantity. Methods The method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation was used to extract polysaccharide in Maxingshigan decoction and anthranone-sulfuric acid method was employed to determine the contents of polysaccharide. Results Totally 5.38g polysaccharide fractions were extracted in an amount of 42g Maxingshigan decoction,with the extraction rate of 12.81%.The content of polysaccharide was 2.04%.The method precision was RSD=0.20%,and the stability RSD was 0.36%.The average recovery was 98.51%,with RSD of 1.02%. Conclusion The extraction method is simple,feasible and reliable,and it can provide some references for evaluating the quality of Maxingshigan decoction.
