512名宾馆从业人员艾滋病KAP及其知识需求分析

摘　　要：目的了解随州市宾馆从业人员艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)及其艾滋病防治知识需求现况等情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷和随机整群抽样的调查方法,对随州市三家三星级宾馆512名从业人员进行横断面调查。结果被调查宾馆从业人员关于艾滋病的传播途径、预防、诊断、治疗等相关知识的正确判断达到85%以上。愿意与病人交往和病人子女继续一起学习和工作、同情病人的良好态度占到70%以上,只有8.2%的从业人员有过非婚和婚前性行为,其中仅有42.86%的从业人员性交时使用过安全套。结论被调查的宾馆从业人员已经掌握了一些艾滋病相关知识,但普遍缺乏自我保护和防范艾滋病的意识和技能。应结合宾馆从业人员的特点有针对性地开展预防艾滋病健康教育和行为干预工作。Objective To investigate AIDS-related knowledge,attitude,practice（KAP） and the current situation of requirement of knowledge about preventing and treating AIDS among the employees in hotels of Suizhou. Methods Self-designed questionnaires and random cluster sampling method were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey in 512 employees of three three-star hotels in Suizhou. Results The rate of correct judgment of AIDS-related knowledge about transmission,prevention,diagnosis,and treatment in the employees of the surveyed hotels was over 85%.The good attitude rate of willing to contact with the patients and continue to learn and work with their children and sympathizing the patients was over 70%.Only 8.2% of the employees surveyed had non-marital and pre-marital sex,and only 42.86% of them used condoms during sexual behavior. Conclusions The employees of the surveyed hotels have some AIDS-related knowledge but universally lack the awareness and skills of self-protection and prevention of AIDS.Targeted health education and behavioral interventions to prevent AIDS should be carried out combining with the characteristics of practitioners of hotels.
