摘  要:目的通过检测血清腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP),明确其在乙型肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌中的临床意义。方法采用酶化学法分别检测99例乙型肝炎,99例肝硬化,99例肝癌患者和52例正常健康对照组血清ADA、ALT、AST、AKP、γ-GT含量。结果血清ADA、ALT、AST、AKP、γ-GT含量乙型肝炎组为(17.25±4.59)IU/L、(116.0±71.64)IU/L、(99.10±59.6)IU/L、(128.53±52.35)IU/L、(59.9±32.32)IU/L;肝硬化组为(19.39±9.04)IU/L、(38.53±15.75)IU/L、(64.0±30.08)IU/L、(84.0±49.77)IU/L、(92.63±85.64)IU/L;肝癌组为(23.51±8.16)IU/L、(42.58±18.41)IU/L、(57.56±31.90)IU/L、(127.73±78.57)IU/L、(137.52±55.34)IU/L;均明显高于健康对照组的(9.51±2.58)IU/L、(19.78±7.60)IU/L、(19.95±7.17)IU/L、(61.24±18.17)IU/L、(29.84±8.20)IU/L(P<0.01)。结论在乙型肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌血清中ADA水平随病情的演变逐渐升高,是反映肝细胞损害的良好指标。Objective To discuss the regulation and clinical significance of ADA,ALT,AST,AKP,and γ-GT involvement processes of hepatitis B,hepatocirrhosis and hepatoma. Methods Serum levels of ADA,ALT,AST,AKP,and γ-GT in 99 patients with hepatitis B,99 patients with hepatocirrhosis,99 patients with hepatoma and 52 healthy controls were determined by enzyme chemistry method. Results The levels of ADA,ALT,AST,AKP,and γ-GT in hepatitis B group [(17.25±4.59) IU/L,(116.0±71.64)IU/L,(99.10±59.6)IU/L,(128.53±52.35)IU/L,and(59.9±32.32)IU/L],in hepatocirrhosis group [(19.39±9.04)IU/L,(38.53±15.75)IU/L,(64.0±30.08)IU/L,(84.0±49.77)IU/L,and(92.63±85.64)IU/L],and in hepatoma group [(23.51±8.16)IU/L,(42.58±18.41)IU/L,(57.56±31.90)IU/L,(127.73±78.57)IU/L,and(137.52±55.34)IU/L] were significantly higher than those of healthy group [(9.51±2.58)IU/L,(19.78±7.60)IU/L,(19.95±7.17)IU/L,(61.24±18.17)IU/L,and(29.84±8.20)IU/L](P〈0.01). Conclusions The level of ADA is gradually increased in evolvement process from hepatitis B,hepatocirrhosis to hepatoma,and it is a good indicator to reflect the injury of hepatocyte.
