摘　　要：目的了解深圳市福田区人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)阳性患者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者合并肺结核病(TB)的流行病学特征,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法对福田区2007年1月-2010年6月共计75例HIV阳性或AIDS患者进行肺结核的相关筛查,排除或确诊肺结核。结果筛查出HIV阳性或AIDS患者合并肺结核者9例,HIV/AIDS合并肺结核发生率为12.0%。结论深圳市福田区HIV/AIDS合并结核病的患病率较低。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the patients with HIV/AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis in Futian District of Shenzhen,and to provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control strategy. Methods In order to exclude or diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis,a total of 75 patients with HIV/AIDS were screened from January 2007 to June 2010 in Futian District. Results Nine patients with HIV/TB were checked out.The incidence rate of HIV/TB was 12.0%. Conclusions The incidence of HIV/TB in Futian District is lower than the average prevalence levels in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
