摘　　要：作者针对Ei Compendex数据库中作者机构字段误检率高的现象,提出采用加上"连字符(-)"使作者机构英文名称形成固定搭配的方法。实践证明,这种方法可以有效地解决在作者机构字段中使用"逻辑检索"和"字符串检索"所带来的误检和漏检的问题。For high noise ratio in author affiliation index of Ei Compendex database,the author submits a solution that add a hyphen（-） in author＇s organization names in order to form a set phrase.It has been found that this method may solve effectually the noise and omission because of using logical and character string retrievals in author affiliation index.
