摘 要:采用Ce(SO4)2.2(NH4)2SO4.4H2O或(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6和工业氯化物镨溶液作主要原料,制备了一种新的喷打用红色陶瓷表面装饰墨水。考察了不同含铈试剂和不同烧结温度对呈色的影响,并用XRD对烧结物进行了表征,以探讨其呈色机理。实验结果表明,含硫酸铈铵的墨水在最佳烧结条件下可呈现出玫瑰红色;含硝酸铈铵的墨水,煅烧后显紫红色。当x=0.15,0.25,0.35时,呈色与x值无关。A new kind of praseodymium—doped ceria red ceramic surface decorate inks for ink-jet printing was prepared from Ce(SO4)2·2(NH4)2SO4·4H2O or(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 and industrial praseodymium chloride solution.The influences of different cerium-containing reagents and sintering temperature on the color were investigated.Moreover,the coloring mechanism is proposed by X-ray diffractometry(XRD).Experimental results showed that the inks of Ce1-xPrxO2 all could show rosy after being calcined.It was discovered that ammonium cerium nitrate replace cerium ammonium sulfate as a raw material,sinter color of the as-prepared samples was amaranth.When x = 0.15,0.25,0.35,the coloring of ink sinter were not correlated with x value.
