摘 要:目的观察电针刺激心包经和胃经不同穴位及相应的非穴对心动过缓模型大鼠的调节作用,研究不同经穴间、经穴与非穴的效应是否存在差异。方法用普萘洛尔(心得安)制作心动过缓大鼠模型,观察电针心包经不同经穴(大陵、郄门、曲泽)、胃经不同经穴(解溪、足三里、犊鼻)的效应差异,及与各经穴相应的旁开非穴对心动过缓大鼠心率(HR)、心功能(LVSP、+dp/dtmax、t-dp/dtmax)、平均动脉压(MAP)的调节效应的差异。结果电针心包经的大陵、郄门、曲泽均有改善心动过缓大鼠心率与心功能(LVSP、+dp/dtmax、t-dp/dtmax)作用(P<0.05),提高大鼠心率的效应大小趋势是大陵穴<郄门穴<曲泽穴,统计分析表明,曲泽组与郄门组均优于大陵组(P<0.05);胃经的解溪、足三里、犊鼻中除解溪组外,其余各组与模型组比较,均未呈现显著提高大鼠心率和改善心功能的作用(P>0.05);电针心包经经穴与胃经经穴对大鼠的平均动脉压均无显著性影响(P>0.05);各经穴与相应的旁开非穴对心率、心功能及平均动脉压的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同一经脉不同经穴、不同经脉的经穴具有效应特异性,经穴与相应的旁开非经穴的效应量未呈现显著性差异,提示在以小动物为研究对象的电针效应研究中,非经穴选择在经穴附近可能是不合适的。Objective To observe the regulating effects of electroacupuncture at pericardium and stomach meridian points and corresponding non-meridian points in a rat model of brachycardia and investigate if there is a difference in the effect between different meridian points and between meridian points and corresponding non-meridian points.Methods A rat model of brachycardia was made using propranolol.Investigated were differences in the regulating effect of electroacupuncture on brachycardia rat heart rate(HR),cardiac function(LVSP,+dp/dtmax and t-dp/dtmax) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) between different pericardium meridian points(Daling,Ximen and Quze),different stomach meridian points(Jiexi,Zusanli and Dubi),and the meridian points and corresponding non-meridian points lateral to the former.Results Electroacupuncture at pericardium meridian points Daling,Ximen and Quze all had an improving effect on heart rate and cardiac function(LVSP,+dp/dtmax and t-dp/dtmax) in brachycardia rats(P0.05).A tendency among the points to produce an increasing effect on rat heart rate was DalingXimenQuze.Statistical analysis showed that the effect was better in the Quze and Ximen groups than in the Daling group(P0.05).In comparison with the model group,there was no significant improving effect on heart rate and cardiac function in the stomach meridian point Jiexi,Zusanli and Dubi groups except Jiexi group(P0.05).Electroacupuncture at both pericardium and stomach meridian points did not produce a significant improving effect on rat mean arterial pressure(P0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the effect on heart rate,cardiac function and mean arterial pressure between the meridian points and corresponding non-meridian points lateral to the former(P0.05).Conclusion Different points of the same meridian and points of different meridians have their own specific effects.There were no significant differences in the effect between the meridian points and corresponding non-
