天灸治疗变应性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察天灸疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将316例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组158例。治疗组采用天灸散行穴位敷贴治疗,对照组采用安慰药散行穴位敷贴治疗。治疗后3个月、6个月观察其疗效。结果治疗后3个月、6个月两组总有效率均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后3个月、6个月总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对治疗组不同性别、不同证型的总有效率行统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天灸对变应性鼻炎有良好疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vesiculation moxibustion in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods Three hundred and sixteen patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,158 cases each.The treatment group received vesiculation moxibustion and the control group,acupoint application of placebo.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 and 6 months of treatment.Results There was a significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups after both 3 and 6 months of treatment（P0.01）.There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between 3 and 6 months of treatment in the treatment group（P0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between different sexes and between different types of syndrome in the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Vesiculation moxibustion has a good therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.
