摘　　要：针对高校的业务模式,提出了一种面向高校的公文流转系统,包含两级公文中心和四级用户权限,使其能适应高校这种分层级,涉及多个单位公文中心之间的公文交换,且要与多个其他系统整合的复杂应用模式。介绍了系统的设计思路,并从技术实现的角度对其系统架构、访问控制、工作流技术、安全方案等作了介绍。该系统已在清华大学获得成功应用。Concerning the business mode of university,this paper proposed a document flow system for university including two-level office centers and four-level user permissions to fit the complex application mode of universities,that is,multi-level,involving document exchanging among multi-office centers of units and integrating other systems.This paper introduced the design idea and the implementation techniques including system architecture,access control,workflow technique,security scheme,etc.This system has successfully applied in Tsinghua University.
