摘  要:为优化采棉机变速箱体的振动特性,首先建立起一简化力学模型,并由力和力矩的平衡方程推导出采棉机变速箱体的振动微分方程;借助UG平台,通过对三维模型进行整体分析,理想化模型后去掉细小特征,网格划分后得到有限元模型,载荷施加、约束确定后得到仿真模型,最终求解得到变速箱体的模态参数和振型云图;最后通过对仿真结果的分析,阐述了变速箱体的薄弱结构以及不同频率对变速箱体振动变形的影响,为箱体的动力学优化提供了理论依据。In order to optimize the vibration performance for the gearbox casing of cotton picker, it firstly establish a simplified mechanical model ,and the oscillatory differential equation was deduced by the force and moment balance equation; Under the UG platform, by overall analysis of 3d model, the tiny characteristic was removed after idealizing the model, the finite element model was obtained after meshing, the simulation model was obtained after imposing the load and constraints, it finally got the modal parameters and strikeout image by solving; The weak structure of gearbox casing and the influence for the gearbox casing deformation vibration by dift^rent frequency was elaborated in this paper, it can also provides Theoretical Basis for Dynamics Optimization of gearbox casing.
