摘 要:以1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸二酐(1)和2-乙基己胺(2)为原料,设计并合成了3种新型的1,4,5,8-萘酰亚胺类衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。中间体N-(2-乙基己基)-萘-1,8-二甲酸单酐-4,5-单甲酰亚胺的最佳反应条件为:19.7 mmol,n(1)∶n(2)=1.1∶1.0,以醋酸锌为催化剂,在DMF(20 mL)中于140℃反应15h,收率25%。Three novel 1,4,5,8-naphthalimide derivatives were designed and synthesized from 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(1) and 2-ethylhexan-1-amine(2).The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and MS.The optimum reaction conditions of synthesizing intermediate N-(2-ethylhexyl)-1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic-1,8-anhydride-4,5-imide were as follows: 1 was 9.7 mmol;n(1) ∶n(2) was 1.1 ∶1.0;Zinc acetate was used as the catalyst and the reaction carried out in DMF(20 mL) at 140 ℃ for 15 h.The yield was 25% under the optimum reaction conditions.
