摘  要:目的:研究不同提取工艺对泌尿宁颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的影响。方法:采用不同方法提取黄柏,根据黄柏中盐酸小檗碱含量及抑菌作用确定黄柏提取工艺;以水加入量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间为考察因素,以盐酸小檗碱提取率为评价指标,优选水提取黄柏最佳工艺。结果:采用直接加水煎煮提取黄柏;最佳工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5h。盐酸小檗碱含量不少于每袋30mg。结论:直接加水煎煮提取工艺简单、可行,优化了泌尿宁颗粒制备工艺,小檗碱含量显著提高。OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of different extraction technologies on the content of berberine hydrochloride in Miniaoning granules. METHODS: Phellodendron chinense was extracted by different methods. The different extraction technolo- gies were confirmed according to the content of berberine hydrochloride in P. chinense and its antibacterial effect. The extraction technology of P. chinense was optimized with amount of water, decoction time and decoction times as factors and the extraction per- centage of berberine hydrochloride as index. RESULTS : Samples were decocted with water to extract P. chinense. The optimized ex- traction technology was as follows: 10-folds water decocting for 3 times, 1.5 h per time. The content of of berberine hydrochloride in each bag was more than 30 mg. CONCLUSION: The technology is simple and practical for the optimization of the preparation technology of Miniaoning granules and the improvement of the content of berberine hydrochloride.
