紫草膏外敷防治经外周置入中心静脉导管致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察紫草膏外敷防治经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)致静脉炎的效果。方法:将肿瘤科344例患者随机均分为2组,预防组于PICC置管后持续外敷紫草膏7d,对照组采用湿毛巾热敷。将对照组发生静脉炎的患者随机再分为2组,治疗Ⅰ组采用紫草膏外敷于患处,治疗Ⅱ组采用50%的硫酸镁湿热敷。结果:预防静脉炎发生情况,预防组静脉炎的发生率为6.98%,对照组为28.49%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。静脉炎治疗情况,治疗Ⅰ组痊愈率60.00%,总有效率100.00%;治疗Ⅱ组痊愈率12.50%,总有效率58.30%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:紫草膏外敷对预防和治疗PICC所致静脉炎有显著疗效,可供临床参考。OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of external application of Arnebia euchroma ointment for prevention and treatment of phlebitis induced by PICC catheterization. METHODS： 344 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The prevention group was given external application of A. euchroma ointment after PICC for 7 days. The control group was given wet-hot dressing. In the control group, the patients who suffered from phlebitis were further divided into 2 groups. The treatment group Ⅰ was treated with external application of A. euchroma ointment, while the treatment group Ⅱ was treated with superficial dressing of 50% magnesium sulfate solution. RESULTS： The incidence of phlebitis was 6.98% in prevention group, and 28.49% in control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group Ⅰ were 60.00% and 100.00% while those of treatment groupⅡwere 12.50% and 58.30%. There were significant differences（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： The study suggests that external application of A. euchroma ointment could prevent and treat phlebitis induced by PICC catheterization effectively. It is worthy of spreading in the clinic.
