摘　　要：气候变化问题使碳金融市场成为人们所关注的话题。本文研究了国际碳金融市场的现状和发展趋势,对存在的问题进行了分析,并初步研究了我国的碳交易市场,针对我国碳市场存在的问题提出了几点对策。Climate change has made carbon finance market draw the attention of international society.The paper studies the current situation and developing trend of international carbon finance market and analyzes existing problems.It also studies China＇s carbon trade market,and proposes solutions to some existing problems.
