摘　　要：境内企业在境外上市是迅速融入国际资本市场、利用外资的良好途径。但随着近年来我国境内企业境外上市步伐的加快和跨境资本运作的复杂性,目前对境内企业境外上市的外汇管理凸显出一些问题和不足,也使我国的国际收支面临一定的风险。本文分析了企业境外上市融资过程中产生的跨境资金流动情况,研究其对国际收支平衡的影响及相关外汇监管中存在的问题,并提出相关建议。Overseas list is a good approach for domestic enterprises to integrate into international capital market and make advantage of foreign capital.In recent years,domestic enterprises have speeded up their moves in overseas list,and the environment for cross-border capital operation has become more complicated.Thus some problems emerged in foreign exchange management,and China＇s BOP was confronted with risks.The article analyzes the cross-border capital flows during the process of overseas list,studies its impact on China＇s BOP and problems in foreign exchange management,and proposes suggestions.
