摘 要:目的研究某些神经肽对胃粘膜血流量(gastricmucosalbloodflow,GMBF)的调节作用,并比较其活性大小。方法采用氢气清除法测定大鼠GMBF,分别观察近胃动脉灌注降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningene-relatedpeptide,CGRP)、促胃液素-17(gastrin-17,G17)、甲硫脑啡肽(met-enkephalin,Met-enk)、铃蟾肽(bombesin,Bom)、神经肽Y(neuropeptideY,NPY)和生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)对GMBF的影响。结果①CGRP、G17、Bom和Met-enk均呈剂量依赖性地增加GMBF(P<0.01),其中CGRP作用最强;②一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)生物合成阻断剂L-NAME可完全阻断CGRP、Bom引起的GMBF增加效应,而对G17、Met-enk所引起的效应仅部分阻断;③NPY、SS对GMBF有显著抑制作用。结论神经肽对GMBF有显著的调节作用;CGRP、G17、Bom和Met-enk的GMBF增加效应与NO有关。Objective\ Effects of a few neuropeptides on GMBF was investigated. Methods\ Hydrogen gas clearance technique was used to measure GMBF. Effects of intra arterial infusion of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), gastrin 17 (G 17 ), Bombesin (Bom), Met enkephalin (Met enk), neuropeptide Y (NPY) and somatostatin (SS) on GMBF were observed. Results\ ① CGRP, G 17 , Bom and Met enk significantly increased GMBF in a dose dependent manner. Among these peptides, CGRP was the most potent. ②the gastric mucosal hyperemic responses induced by CGRP and Bom were inhibited completely by L NAME, whereas those induced by G 17 and Met enk inhibited partially. ③ NPY and SS significantly reduced GMBF. Conclusion\ These results indicated that neuropeptides played important roles in controlling GMBF, and that NO was involved in the hyperemic responses caused by CGRP, G 17 , Bom and Met enk.
