摘 要:运用正交试验设计,对两种处于不同处理状态的海岛型超细纤维织物进行碱处理,通过分析碱液浓度、处理时间和温度等工艺条件对织物开纤效果的影响.结果表明:海岛型超细纤维织物开纤的优化工艺条件为碱浓度20g/L,处理温度90℃,处理时间40min;在仿麂皮绒面料后整理过程中,为减少织物在开纤过程中的强力损失,应该先起绒后开纤.In connection with the production of suede fabric, alkali deweighting treatment processes for two different superfine fiber fabrics were studied by means of orthogonal experiment design, and the effects of alkali concentration, processing temperature and time on peeling were discussed. The results indicated that the optimized process conditions were as follows : alkali concentration of 20g/L, treating at 90℃ for 40min ; In the finishing process of suede labtic, peeling process should be late for fleece finish to decrease the strength loss of the fabric.
