摘 要:为保持泊位作业的高效运转,提高集装箱码头作业效率,针对泊位作业中岸桥可能出现的等待问题,建立一种船舶服务时间的数学模型.从初始、循环、收尾3个状态来研究泊位作业,着重分析集卡和岸桥作业的衔接,寻找出现泊位作业阻塞或死锁的原因.借鉴计算机领域中的缓存,提出缓存区域作业.应用缓存区域作业的泊位作业模型能够使岸桥保持持续工作,大大缩短了船舶服务时间.采用MicrosoftExcel的模拟算例结果表明,该优化方法可有效提高泊位作业效率.To keep berth assignment maintaining high efficiency while improving operational efficiency of container terminal,a mathematical model for ship services time was established to research berth assignment from three respects including the initial,circulation and the end.The paper emphatically analyzed the linkup of container trucks with quayside container cranes so as to find the reasons leading to block issues or deadlock in berth assignments.and presents an optimal method of cache area operations.Cache was referenced from computer field and the idea of cache area in marshalling yard was presented.The optimized method can keep bridge crane working and shorten ship services time.Simulation examples using Microsoft Excel show that the proposed method can enhance berth assignment efficiency.
