摘　　要：主要论述完善贵州社会保障体系的系统设计,提出养老保险与社会福利重组、合作医疗与乡村医生社会保障的重组、农村地区扶贫与"以工代赈"的重组、社会救助与社会福利的重组、完善灾难救助制度五条具体路径。The present paper discusses mainly on how to prefect the systematic design of the social security in Guizhou,and puts forward five specific methods for its improvement The five methods of reconstruction are： the reconstruction of pension insurance and social welfare,of cooperative medical care and social security of rural doctors,of alleviating poverty in the rural areas and practicing ＂work for the dole＂,of social assistance and social welfare and of disaster relief system.The aim is to provide an institutional guarantee to perfect the social security system in Guizhou
