摘　　要：环境问题是我国在经济发展过程中面临的瓶颈问题之一。构建和谐社会,必须重视环境的改善和人们环境观的提高。现从实证的角度,以贵州省贵阳市花溪河为研究对象,通过实地调查研究,得出花溪河污染的原因以及应对环境公害的策略,以期对当地的环境公害改善提供一种出路。The environmental problem is one of the bottleneck problems in China in the process of economic development.To build a harmonious society,great importance must be attached to the improvement of the environment and of the people＇s attitudes towards their environment.In this paper,Huaxi River in Cuiyang Cuizhou is taken as the research object.Through the empirical investigation and study,it intends to find out what are the causative factors for water pollution there and what strategies we can take to remove the environmental hazards,so as to provide a way to improve the present environment in that area.
