摘　　要：LM-120型反井钻机是施工煤仓、倾角大于60°暗斜井的一种新型高效设备。钻机采用全液压驱动,先自上而下形成正导向孔,然后更换大钻头,再由下而上反扩孔。由于凭借反井钻机不能达到工程的设计要求,在反井钻机施工结束后,采用中深孔爆破完成剩余工程:由上向下逐段爆破,中间孔出矸,矿车在施工段底部出矸。该法大大提高了工程的施工安全系数,缩短了施工时间,提高了施工功效。LM-120 type raise-boring machine is a new high-efficiency machine used to construct coal bunker and blind incline shaft with the angle not less that 60 °.The machine adapts full hydraulic drive,which can form positive guidance holes from top to bottom,then begins reverse hole reaming from bottom to top after replacing big drill.Because the application of the raise-boring machine could not fulfil the demands of project design,so medium-length hole blasting was used to finish the remaining work at the end of raise-boring machine construction：firstly,the piecewise blastings were carried out from above to below,middle holes were used to harvest waste,and waste in construction section bottom was transported by mine cars.Above method greatly increased safety coefficient of mine construction and shortened construction period,improved the efficiency of construction.
