摘　　要：深圳市在甲流防控中,对突发公共卫生事件风险沟通的公众策略进行了有益的探索,通过建立政府(专业机构)主导的传播模式,搭建以新闻媒体为主的多渠道沟通平台,掌握风险沟通的主动权;视公众为合作伙伴,建立信任,把握公众认知的特点和心理需求,适时调整风险沟通的重点,力求风险沟通科学有效。Public strategies for risk communication to Emergent Public Health Hazards were instructively explored in Shenzhen.Through the establishment of government（Professional Organizations） leading communicating model and building the news media-based multi-channel communication platform,we grasped the initiative in risk communication.Regarding the public as partner to build confidence,grasp the characteristics of public awareness and psychological needs,and adjust the focus of risk communication,the scientific and effective of risk communication were ensured.
