摘　　要：目的掌握结核病网络实验室痰检工作的质量现状。方法通过确定痰检竞技项目和评分以及评判标准,分析导致结果偏差的因素,以帮助检验人员发现实验的薄弱环节,改进和完善实验室痰检项目。结果竞赛包含生物安全、制片、染色、读片内容。生物安全不符合率最高达到78.6%(11/14);制片不符合率为28.6%(4/14);染色不符合率为71.4%(10/14);读片不符合率为42.9%(6/14);诸多因素致痰检结果偏差产生。结论单位及上级业务指导单位定期或不定期开展项目培训、质量控制、竞赛、考核评估等,建立多形式管理体系建立,有助于减少个人操作差错,提高工作人员检验工作水平,可杜绝阳性病人的漏检。Objective To review the status quo of sputum smear microscopic examination in TB network laboratories.Methods Through laying down smear-competitive contents and assessment criteria,as well as the final evaluation,influencing factors were analyzed that leading result bias,to help the staff finding weakness of working,and to improve and perfect the test.Results The items of competitions included bio-safety,production,dyeing,reading and films.The qualified rate of bio-security just reached 78.6%.The qualified rate of producer was 28.6%,and that of staining was 71.4% and that of reading of films was just 42.9%,a number of factors resulted the bias-induced sputum.Conclusion It is helpful for holding training,quality control,skill competition and assessment by hospitals or superior guiding organizations and establishing management system for the staff to reducing test bias,improving level and eliminating the false results.
