摘　　要：信息源的数字化、现代信息技术的高度发展极大地改变了图书馆的文献信息资源建设的方法和运行环境。从现代信息技术的概念与发展的角度出发,论述了现代信息技术环境下图书馆文献信息资源的特点,并分析了此环境下读者信息需求特点,最后探讨了新技术环境下的图书馆文献信息资源建设的策略。Digital sources of information,the height of the development of modern information technology has greatly changed the library＇s information resources construction methods and operating environment.Article from the concept of modern information technology and development point of view,discusses the modern information technology environment characteristics of library information resources,and analyzes the information needs of readers in this environment,the characteristics of the end of the new technology environment to Library Information Resources strategy.
