浅谈报纸合订本的规范化管理

摘　　要：报纸合订本有精装影印、精装缩印、简装等几种,其中简装工序、原料简单,是过期报纸的主要馆藏形式。存放报纸的书架应加装玻璃门,其排架可按音序—年代法进行,并根据需要决定是否预留架位。报纸合订本利用的核心是检索问题,各种报刊索引、图书馆网站的检索系统是读者应当充分利用的。There are three forms of bound-edition newspaper,that is had hardcover photo edition,hardcover compact edition,and simply-binding edition.Simply-binding edition is the main form of old newspapers due to its simple procession and raw materials.Shelves for newspaper should install transparent doors.Bound-edition newspaper can be laid on shelves chronologically according to Pinyin sequence,and determine whether to reserve place as required.The core of exploitation of bound-edition newspaper is retrieval.The readers should take full advantage of various newspaper indexes and retrieval system provided by the local library.
