摘　　要：总结了河南采用给水AVT处理方式的8台600MW超临界直流炉机组首次检修化学检查中发现的共性问题:水冷壁、省煤器的结垢速率较高;汽轮机叶片积盐速率较高,沉积物成分复杂;机组停运揭缸后低压缸叶片有锈蚀。针对以上问题分析了其原因,并提出了解决问题的建议。The chemistry check-up was made in the first maintenance of eight AVT treatment supercritical once-through boiler 600MW Units in Henan.It is showed that the rates of scaling on the water-cooled wall and salt deposition on the coal economizer are high.The formation of salt deposition is complicated. The corrosion of low pressure turbine blades is a universal phenomenon.The problems have been analysised and the suggestions are offered.
