摘　　要：火力发电机组定期工作中隐藏着许多风险因素,如果危险点分析及预控措施不到位,就会对机组正常运行带来威胁,造成机组非停、灭火甚至事故发生。通过一起定期工作造成的机组非停案例,分析了发生原因、暴露问题,制定出防范措施,并以此为教训,采取措施,完善和提高运行机组中定期工作的风险防控工作。A lot of risk factors are buffed in the re gular service and running of the thermal power generators set.If the analysis and prevention-control of risk point, it will be dangerous to the regular running of generators and will cause the unplanned outage and cut out of generator set even to it happen the accident.By analysis one unplanned outage on the regular service of generator set, it analysed the reason of causing and exposed the problem ,putting forward the measurements on which can reduce the unplanned outage of unit, and it is a lesson from this accident, and providing some methods to improve the reliability for the regular service of generating unit.
