摘　　要：针对寻迹功能在工业控制中的应用,提出了悬挂式寻迹运动智能控制系统的设计方案。系统采用MSP430F149作为主控芯片,通过步进电机对悬挂载荷进行开环运动控制,使用安装于悬挂载荷的反射式红外光电传感器提供的反馈对面板上给定的曲线进行闭环跟踪。以相对较低的成本实现了一个低功耗、性能可靠、控制效果良好的悬挂式寻迹运动控制系统,具有良好的应用前景。In allusion to the application of tracing movement function in industrial control, design plan of intelligent control system for tracing movement was raised. The system adopted MSP430F149 as main control chip. The suspension load was carried out open-loop movement control by a step motor. The feedback from the infrared photoelectric sensor installed on the suspension load could carry out closed-loop tracing for the given curve on the panel. The suspension tracing movement control system was realized with low power consumption, reliable performance and good control effect at relatively low cost. The system is of great prospect of application.
