摘 要:近些年来,随着和谐社会思想的全面贯彻和哥本哈根会议的召开,低碳与节能减排成为一个重要的议题。在内蒙古这个煤炭大省,如何使煤炭产业和经济发展尤其是生态环境和谐共进,这个问题变得更加重要。文章运用协同论的方法,建立了煤炭产业—经济发展—生态环境的系统模型,将近十年内蒙古有关各系统发展的和谐程度量化,将其和谐程度发展的好坏分阶段进行分析,并希望作为今后内蒙古各系统和谐发展的参考。In the recent years,with the full implementation of the harmonious societal idea and the Copenhagen Conference convened,a low carbon,energy saving and emission reduction became an important issue.In the Inner Mongolia as the coal producing province in China,how to make the coal industry and economic development,especially the ecological environment harmoniously jointly advancing became a more important issue.With the coordination theory method,a system model of the coal industry-economic development-ecological environment was established.Each system development and harmonious degree related in Inner Mongolia in the passed 10 years were quantized.The good and poor phases of the harmonious development were analyzed and could be the references to the each system harmonious development in the near future of Inner Mongolia.
