摘 要:本文研究了钢铁合金在应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪,分析其中各元素的成分时乙酸对硫酸和硝酸这两种无机酸产生的基体效应的抑制效果。观察不同浓度的硫酸、硝酸对实验元素谱线发射强度的干扰,选择乙酸为干扰抑制剂,观察其效果及最佳实验浓度。实验证明4%乙酸可有效抑制这两种无机酸的基体效应,并建立了适合硫酸或硝酸溶液中钢铁合金中化学成分的准确、灵敏、简便的ICP—AES法。The inhibiting effect of acetic acid on the matrix effect of sulfuric acid and nitric acid was tested when the component content of iron - steel alloy was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma - mass spectroscopy method. Disturbing of spectral line intensity was observed by applying different content of sulfuric acid and nitric acid. The optimal dosage of H2SO4 or HNO3 was got when CH3COOH was adopted as disturbing inhibiting agent. As a result, when content of CH3COOH was 4%, it could inhibit the matrix effect of the two mineral acids effectively. In this paper, an accurate sensitive and easily used ICP - AES method was settled to detect the component of iron - steel alloy in H2SO4 or HNO3 solution.
