摘  要:针对某热轧带钢厂生产的特殊钢种卷取温度控制精度较低,从工艺角度出发对精轧层流冷却上下喷水柱高度、阀响应时间、侧喷安装角度、鹅卵管堵塞问题进行大量改进,同时对层流冷却模型进行优化。带钢卷取温度控制精度由60%提高到85%,大大改善了产品性能和尾部断带问题。In light of low control accuracy of the coiling temperature in rolling the special steel strip in the Hot Rolling Mill proceeding from the technological view point a lot of items such as the height of the up and down water spray column of the laminar cooling section for the finishing line,the responding time of valve,mounting angle of the side nozzles and clogging of the tube have been improved and in the mean time the laminar cooling model is optimized as well.As the results the accuracy of the coiling temperature control for the strip is raised from 60 % to 85 % and the properties of the strip are greatly improved and breaking defect at the strip tail largely reduced.
