摘　　要：针对蓄热式加热炉换向阀换向系统存在的换向不到位、密封性差等问题,开始一种蓄热式燃烧用三通换向阀的试验研究,试验条件下换向阀的换向动作时间为3 s,密封性能优良,换向动作迅速,可靠性高,使用寿命超过1个月。目前,该换向阀已经获得国家专利。In light of problem of deficiency of reversion and sealing existing in the reversing system of the reversible valve of the regenerative reheating furnace an experiment is carried out on a three-way reversible valve used for combustion of regenerative reheating furnace and under the experiment condition the reversion time of the reversible valve is 3 seconds and the sealing performance is quite satisfactory,the reversion action is fast and reliability is very high and its service life exceeds one month.At present time the reversible valve already gains the patent of China.
