摘 要:以亲水性乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVAL)为膜吸附剂基质材料,阳离子交换树脂D061为功能树脂,采用干-湿法纺丝技术,制备了树脂填充EVAL中空纤维膜吸附剂。实验采用连续循环膜过滤工艺,研究了这种吸附剂对目标蛋白(牛血清白蛋白-BSA)的吸附和脱附性能。考察了树脂填充量、缓冲溶液pH值等对蛋白质吸附和脱附性能的影响。实验结果表明,树脂填充EVAL中空纤维膜吸附剂对目标蛋白BSA具有较高的吸附容量和脱附率,随着树脂填充量的增加,膜吸附剂对BSA吸附容量增加,并且最大吸附容量在牛血清蛋白等电点(4.8~5.2)附近出现。当树脂填充量65%,缓冲溶液pH4.5时树脂填充EVAL中空纤维膜吸附剂对BSA的吸附容量可达到71.47mgBSA/g膜吸附剂。Using ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVAL) as membrane matrix material,cation resin D061 as functional particles,resin filled EVAL hollow-fiber membrane adsorbents were prepared.The adsorption capacities and desorption performance for BSA of the membrane adsorbents were researched.The effects of the resin content and the pH of BSA buffer solutions on protein adsorption performance were investigated.The results showed that EVAL hollow-fiber membrane adsorbents filled with cation exchange resins D061 had good adsorption capacity and desorption rate.The adsorption capacity was enhanced with the increase of resin content in the membrane adsorbents.The maximum of protein adsorption capacity was observed when the pH of BSA buffer solution was at about isoelectric point(4.8-5.2) of the protein.The maximum of adsorption capacity of D061 resin filled EVAL hollow-fiber adsorbents was 71.47mg/g membrane adsorbents when D061 resin loading content was 65% at pH=4.5.
