摘　　要：目的:探讨带蒂小腿内侧皮瓣同侧逆行、对侧交叉移位修复下肢复杂创伤的方法和临床疗效。方法:对2003～2008年收治的12例复杂性小腿、踝、足跟、足底创伤,行同侧逆行、健侧小腿内侧皮瓣顺行或逆行交叉移位治疗。结果:12例皮瓣全部成活,2～3周断蒂,外形及功能恢复满意。结论:应用带蒂小腿内侧皮瓣同侧逆行、对侧交叉移位修复复杂性下肢创伤,疗效满意,有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and approaches to the treatment of complicated trauma in lower extremities by local retrograde graft or contra-lateral cross-transplantation of lower medial leg fascicutaneous flap with pedicle.Methods：Between 2003 and 2008,12 patients with compound wounds in lower legs,ankles,heels or planta pedis received the treatment described above.Results：The flaps survived in the total 12 cases and the skin stalk separation occurred in 2 to 3 weeks,with excellent appearance and function recovery.Conclusion：This technique appears valuable in clinical use for its favorable curative effects on the complex wounds of lower limbs.
