摘 要:以哈尔滨市文昌污水处理厂的脱水污泥为试验材料,以稻壳作为调理剂,采用自行设计的卧式旋转式污泥好氧发酵装置对污泥好氧发酵过程中纤维素分解菌的筛选进行研究。从城市污泥堆肥的升温阶段分离得到两株纤维素降解真菌,通过形态特征观察、rDNA-ITS序列分析结果表明,两菌株分别为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusariumoxysporum)和脉孢菌(Neurospora sp.),编号为B、E。对两株真菌的纤维素降解特性的研究表明,在以滤纸为唯一碳源的液体培养基中,第10天滤纸失重率分别达到了53%和39%。Investigation had been made in this study to the Isolate and Identify cellulose decom-posing microorganisms during municipal sewage sludge composting mixed with paddy hull under laboratory conditions using horizontal and rotary composting equipment.The two high efficient cellulose decomposing fungi were isolated from temperature rising period of sludge composting process.Through morphous observation and sequence analysis of rDNA-ITS,the results showed that they were Fusarium oxysporum,Neurospora and labeled as B and E,respectively.The decomposition characteristics of B and E on cellulose showed that the weigh losing test of the filter paper reached 53% and 39% after ten days in the liquid culture medium,in which only filter paper was used the carbon source.
