静松灵复合麻醉制剂对犬麻醉效果的研究

摘　　要：以静松灵复合麻醉制剂0.2 mL.kg-1对犬颈部肌肉注射,在麻醉前后对犬循环、呼吸功能进行监测,同时观察犬的麻醉效果。结果表明,静松灵复合麻醉剂具有很好的镇静、镇痛、肌松作用,麻醉效果确实。麻醉期间,对呼吸和心率具有轻微的抑制作用;血氧饱和度在整个监测的过程中始终保持在90%以上。综合分析表明,静松灵复合麻醉剂可以满足犬临床常规手术的需要。In this study,the effect of xylidinothiazoline compound anesthetic on dogs were investigated.The dog was injected with xylidinothiazoline compound anesthetic at the dose of 0.2 mL.kg-1 through musculi colli.The circulation system,respiration system and the effects of compound anesthetic were detected.The results showed that xylidinothiazoline had excelent and definite effects of sedation,analgesia and muscule-relaxation.During the whole stage of anesthesia,respiration and heart rate were depressed slightly;the saturation of blood oxygen was over 90% all along.Therefore,it indicated that xylidinothiazoline compound anesthetic could be administered in dogs operations.
